Daniel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, earning Dean's List honors for seven consecutive semesters. He will begin a Master of Real Estate Development and Urbanism at the University of Miami in 2026, a program that pairs technical training in finance, land use law, and market analysis with a hands-on simulated development project from acquisition through exit.
As a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate, Daniel brings both an analyst's eye for numbers and a developer's understanding of how projects come together to the clients he works with. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
Outside of work, Daniel likes to play tennis, cook, and read, and stays engaged with proptech and construction tech.
